In the gender-bending Bollyfarce Apna Sapna Money Money (One’s Own Dream Money Money), male actor Riteish Deshmukh in drag looks far more like a woman than the mask-faced Koena Mitra, who’s larded in makeup and resembles a hard-living drag queen.

Sadly, the inversion is unintentional. Like fellow paintface Celina Jaitely, Mitra hasn’t learned that cracking a smile is worth cracking your makeup.

The movie itself is devoid of comedy, which is fatal for a farce, and scripted at the level of a culture show with better visuals.
