It was only a matter of time before Bollystars began wearing terrible clothes ironically. Check out these beautifully-shot ’70s flashback scenes from Om Shanti Om. Ramp giraffe Deepika Padukone plays Shah Rukh’s love interest.
To serve the time-traveling, Always-like plotline, the film needs an older woman and a younger man (as far as I can tell). But in real life, 21-year-old Padukone is exactly half King Khan’s age.
If Bollywood movies develop a sense of irony, what’s left for Turbanhead and b-fug to do?

Does anyone else look at that first picture of SRK and find themselves thinking of Silvio Dante?
I love the Om Shanti Om website where it says “SRK is shaping up as he will soon be seen bare-chested for the first time on-screen.”
Ok, technically, maybe it is the first time, but what does this count as?
I haven’t done an exhaustive search or anything, but could it possibly be true he’s never been bare-chested in a movie before? (The Lux ads don’t count, I guess.) We’ve all seen what his mama gave him anyway, thanks to the non-shirt wardrobe.
It’s a bit of a technicality.
He’s been bare chested dozens of times in his movies. Chalte, Chalte; Maya Memsaab, Dil se Re, Peheli, etc. etc.
I am looking forward to seeing the movie, but the age difference between hero and heroine is just ridiculous. However, SRK is sure to play it off, but based on the promos it doesn’t look good. Apart from the age difference the height difference is too much! Did SRK stand on a stool each time he stood near Deepika? It will be interesting to see how it all pans out on film. Maybe the plot-line is such that the movie goer won’t notice the incompatibility between the two main actors.
I agree lal he has been bear chested many times in other movies, but not with a six-pack. Whew!

Deepika looks like her dad padukone..love her jewellary and pink dress too..cute.. sharukhs hair style looks weird though..he looks like MGR or some kannada actors…its funny..
This fellow SRK is overrated - he and his mannerisms are awfully predictable. He is spent out and is not even good looking. Yet he had the nerve to say recently he is not into politics because he is too good-looking !! The self-delusion.
As for OSO, SRK is a Bombaywala and he film too but where does he launch it?
