Amit Varma often complains about Mandira Bedi’s low ‘cleavage-to-gyaan’ ratio while she analyzes sports on the cricket show Extraaa Innings. Since I don’t watch much TV, I thought he was engaging in hyperbole.

Far from low. Her cleavage-to-gyaan ratio probably tends to infinity, given her infinite cleavage and inifinitesimal gyaan.
On the other hand, you may be treating cleavage as a negative quantity (cms below see-level ;) ) …in which case you are quite right…
