I was expecting more about ‘Heyy Babyy’ but the plot and script were silly and vapid as usual - three grown men going through cildish and boorish antics in posh locations in Australia. Bolly directors have this habit of hiring local white dancers - skimpily clad of course to tittilate the natives back home. The dancers oblige for a price of course but show little respect for the Indian actors who prance self-consciously with them.
One notices that the actors simply cannot manage small talk with non-Indians - it is alien to their culture. They just can’t do it. They just can’t interact in a natural way and as equals with foreigners, especially if white - they get so self-conscious and clumsy. Their English diction is poor and vocabulary basic. Their respionses are hardly ever subtle or nuanced. Comes out as plain crude and clownish.
The baby in the film was fine but these grown men kept overreacting when dealing food or potty matters. Surely these men have lived in Mumbai with its filth, grime and squalor. Why pretend to be revolted by baby shit?

George
well that’s your problem right there, george. wasn’t the poster enough to tell you not to go into the theaters with much expectations?
