Games2Irritate

A venture-funded gaming startup has put out more funny, Bombay-themed online games than you can shake a chappal at. I can’t say much for the gameplay though, which swings between blatant ripoffs of popular games like Diner Dash and Pac-Man, and concepts which are underdesigned and irritatingly difficult.

In Curry Frenzy, you have to help dabbawallas get their tiffins from home to work. Hey, is that Flora Fountain?

Kiss-mat has you figuring out how much time you can smooch your beloved without being caught by the professor:

Raju Meter is a rick driving game for Sandra from Bandra. The gameplay is unbearable, but the concept is hilarious:

In other games, you can avoid Pune paparazzi, shoot blackbucks and photograph wardrobe malfunctions — all drawn from Bombay headlines. You can also ride a two-wheeler or drive a taxi, play a shell game with a matkewali, walk through a dance bar, play gully cricket, shoot rakshasas or silence Himesh Reshammiya.

The last two are pretty much the same thing, depending on your musical taste.

What do you think of this Indian MMOG? (Note: it’s a huge download)
