The second suspect, Amandeep Singh Dhami, a felon on probation, managed to elude the throng and is probably trying to leave the country… The shooting apparently stemmed from a longstanding feud between two former friends…

After four shots, he saw people run to the end of a basketball court. “One guy was running fast from the crowd and I said, ‘Catch him!’ ” Banga said. “The kids were scared, the people were scared.” One crowd member caught Gosal, Banga said, “but he was still able to pull out a gun and shoot.” The second suspect, Dhami, escaped to the parking lot where somebody gave him a ride…
