Bonus picture of dosa guy Thiru Kumar. The coconut chutney is amazing, but the masala dosas come with disappointingly bland aloo filling and basic-flava sambar. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by Bombay (not even Chennai!), but brutha needs to raise his game a bit.

I suspect this is because Hares Krishnas don’t eat onions and garlic. I cannot imagine aloo filling minus the good ol’ oninos.
