   You obviously didn’t watch the film. These are the Italian goons from Providence that are trying to extort money out of Babu, er, Singh. Leo’s character plays the Irish undercover cop, working as an Irish mobster who beats the canolis out of the Italians hassling Mr. Singh and inevitably ruining Mr. Singh’s business.
