Kati Roll Co. owner Payal Saha has prowled Chor Bazaar, sussed out kitschy ’70s Bollywood posters and adorned her orange-and-brick fast food restaurants with the framed prints. But at the new, flagship 39th St. storefront in Manhattan, she’s gone even further: she’s taken An Ideal Boy-style posters and customized them, turning them into the menu and takeout policies. Très cute!
