Todo comienza en el madrileño barrio de Lavapiés, donde el solitario Caín –gordo, tímido y acomplejado– trabaja como carnicero. Su única familia es su hermano Abel (Asier Etxeandia), que tiene todo lo que él desea (es guapo, está casado y tiene dos hermosas gemelas). Everything starts in the Madrid neighborhood of Lavapiés, where the bachelor Caín — fat, timid and with an inferiority complex — works as a butcher.
