Monkey pottery

A couple of months ago, John McCain criticized Barack Obama for saying he’d launch surgical airstrikes against terrorists in Pakistan — when Dubya does so every other week. The GOP line then was that Obama was too aggressive with terrorists.

Yesterday in Israel, Dubya tried to link Obama’s willingness to talk to enemy nations to Neville Chamberlain ceding part of Czechoslovakia to Hitler. So now Obama’s supposedly soft on terrorism. Need I mention the conflation of state actors with jihadis, or that Dubya’s administration just finished negotiating with North Korea.

McCain and Dubya’s statements are like pottery class for monkeys, political simians throwing formless, incoherent crap just to see what sticks. Stephen Colbert took Dubya’s empty jibe as an excuse to dress up Obama in a pagri and sherwani:

    I cant think of a caption :-( . Here are some tagwords - offensive, racism, georgia. Yea I know the man is bigger than this but this is just damn depressing.
