The original:
Regent’s Park must have some special significance. It has been the setting for two British Asian films’ scenes, home to the largest annual British Ismaili gathering (not sure if that still runs), location of one of London’s largest mosques and incidentally the first place I ever saw a desi gig in the UK - an open air Nitin Sawhney concert absolutely years ago (with JC001). And although you won’t be interested in this last bit, that day marks the first picture of me to appear on the Interweb; doing a wallflip off a tree trunk at said gig.
Ah, memories. And nice videos “thank you geese, thank you for coming”.
Awesome. I’m hooked.
Here’s a small interview with Sid Khosla.
