Prowling the bazaar (updated)
Check out Chor Bazaar of Brooklyn. Their t-shirt designs veer between cute+basic and historical+obscure, like the one which superimposes the Rani of Jhansi’s call for help on a passel of daggers. You can also decode the traffic inkblot while it takes you 40 minutes by rickshaw to get to a 20-minute train:
They’ve got a blog, and the tees even come with their own SNL skit about Dov Charney.
