I found this one most curious, because the open palm is the electoral symbol of Sonia Gandhi’s Congress Party!
President Patil probably used it out of habit (though her office is supposed to be non-partisan), but Sarkozy is just saying that he didn’t bring Carla Bruni…:)
And oops, what’s this? Did the President drop something, and is everybody eating with their fingers? :)
That is Patil getting her foot massage. It’s in the Constitution, look it up :)

or
