The film is based on the novel by Khaled Hosseini and adapted by David Benioff, the screenwriter behind Troy and the upcoming Wolverine spin-off. In addition, The Kite Runner is directed by Marc Forster, the man behind Monster’s Ball, Finding Neverland and the upcoming sequel to Casino Royale… [Link]

The movie opens Nov. 2nd.
